What is the deadline for registration?

To ensure proper planning, we encourage guests to register by March 31, 2025.

How do I book my hotel stay?

Reservations can be made through this link for One Ocean Resort & Spa. Be sure to book early as rooms are limited.  The deadline to receive the discounted rate is March 31, 2025.

Is there a discounted room rate for attendees?

Yes! A special group rate is available for conference attendees. Rates and details are provided in the hotel booking link. Our group has a reduced rate for overnight valet parking at $20 per night, and a reduced Resort fee of $15 per night.

When does the conference officially begin and end?

The event kicks off on April 30 at 6:00 PM with a welcome reception and concludes on May 2 between 12 noon and 3pm depending on the choice of recreational activity.

Will meals be provided during the conference?

Yes! Breakfast, lunch, and networking receptions will be provided throughout the event. Food is being served at the Welcome Reception on April 30, and we are hosting dinner at The Yards on May 1.

What recreational activities are available?

When registering, attendees can select one of the following experiences:
- Golf at TPC’s Stadium Course in Ponte Vedra (space is limited and tee times are available on first come first serve basis
- Fishing excursion, followed by a waterfront dining experience
- Sip & Spa experience at One Ocean’s Spa

How do I sign up for recreational activities?

During registration, you will be prompted to choose your preferred activity. Availability is limited, so early registration is encouraged.

What is the nearest airport to the conference venue?

The closest airport is Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), approximately 40 minutes from One Ocean Resort & Spa.

Will transportation be provided from the airport to the hotel?

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation. Ride-sharing services, taxis, and rental cars are available at JAX.

If you are taking part in one of the three recreational options, plan a late afternoon or early evening departure on Friday, May 2nd, or you may opt to make your reservation through May 3rd.
