I’m a sponsor—how do I ship promotional items for the event?

Sponsors can ship materials to One Ocean Resort & Spa no earlier than April 25 and no later than April 29. Use the following shipping address:

Can I bring a banner stand or promotional materials?

Yes! Sponsors are encouraged to bring banners and marketing materials. We will designate space for sponsor displays. 

‍Swag Bags:
We’re assembling 110 gift bags for our conference guests and sponsors. These are typically filled with premium promotional items. If you’d like to contribute items and plan to ship them to the hotel, please follow these instructions:

Ship items to arrive no earlier than 5 days before April 30 and no later than the morning of April 29.
