A passionate advocate for the P&C Insurance Industry, with deep claims operational expertise,  Cassandra has consistently delivered programs focusing on efficiency and reduced loss ratios on complex claims.

In 2014, she founded CCMS & Associates, a nationwide TPA and Field Claim Services provider, delivering specialized claim handling programs that create significant positive impacts.

She is also the visionary and founder behind ION Insight.Onsite.Now.™, a cutting-edge SaaS solution that transforms unstructured field data into actionable insights—at the Speed of Now!
